Huge room in big bright warehouse London Fields

Hello

We have 2 rooms available in our big bright open plan warehouse, both rooms are available now. The rooms are usually 900pm but because of the current situation the rent has been dropped to 700pm this will go back theo the normal rate in August.

We are a social flat and we get on well together, we cook and have friends over sometimes but we are not a party house.

Im sorry but we can't accept couples at the moment.

The room is a large double with an internal window. The space is a very big and bright converted Victorian warehouse.
Located in Enterprise House, a sought-after live/work building in a fantastic location, right beside London Fields and Broadway Market.

Both rooms are unfurnished but the leaving tenants would be interested to sell some of there bits.

We have very fast fibre internet, a projector which transforms out lounge into a cinema. the space is warm and bright and well furnished.

About us:
Currently we are 1 boy and 2 girls aged 27 - 36 English, Irish and columbian working in medicine and tech.
Its pretty chilled during the week as most people are busy with work, we put on movies from time to time and often sit around and chat over dinner, come the weekend we sometimes have friends over but nothing too crazy. We all get on very well and hangout/socialise a lot. We would hope the new person could be part of the household.

Local highlights include London Fields, Broadway Market, Netil 360 Rooftop, Victoria Park, Hackney Empire and a host of cafes, galleries and exhibition spaces.
