A Little bit about us.

Very peacefull , quiet , friendly and respectfull , and we look for someone like that to live in our flat.

We have a very good room to rent with a very nice view to the canal , it is equipped with a double bed with a new matress, it has a fridge , bed side table with plenty of space , chest of drawers, desk and a chair.

In total will be only 3 people occupying the flat

Room is available only for one person and who is a full time worker.

we would love to have someone who enjoys living with pets, we have 2 cats very friendly and very clean.

The area is very beautiful and very pleasant to go for walks by the canal.

The flat is situated in a very good place for transport, 10 minutes walking to Hackney Wick Station overground, 10 minutes by bus to Leyton station, 10 minutes by bus to Stratford station, 10 minutes by bus to hackney rail and over ground station and 3 minutes walking to the bus stop.

FIY-WE ARE THE OWNERS OF THE FLAT.

TO MOVE- -1 month rent £750.00 and deposit £375.00

No admin fee for the contract
