August 24th-September 9th sublet

Hello,

We are looking to sublet this room for 16 days from August 24th to September 9th in between flatshares. The total cost including bills for this period would be £450.

We are a creative, queer house and spare room success story. We were 6 folks from 6 different countries (UK, Ireland, Italy, US Australia, and New Zealand) but sadly our Italian roommate is moving out. We are looking for someone to short term take over the end of her lease in our 6 bedroom, 3 bath house with a beautiful living room, modern kitchen with amenities like a refrigerator ice machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and wine fridge, with the cutest back garden. The room for sublet is on the third floor and you would be sharing the bathroom with one other person. We are a house with many different schedules, so there’s always someone awake in the house. We are quite social when we see each other in common spaces, but also respect each others alone time. If you have any questions, reach out :)
