Hi There,

I have a spacious separate double room available in my 2bedroom house w/private garden in Hackney Wick now called new Shoreditch ^_^. 6/7mins walking distance from Hackney wick Overground St. Available for up to x3 months over the summer or if you need really short stay weekly or so, can be arranged at any time.

House is fully furnished and has got it's own garden as well as a decent size of living room comes fully furnished opens up to its own garden. It has a fully equipped kitchen.

The bathroom+wc on upstairs and another separate wc downstairs which is so handy in the mornings.

Room is fully furnished and comes with a king size bed and has everything you will need such as room furnitures, study desk, bedding sheets/cover, towels, pillow duvet also has wall to wall rail system with shelving units and drawer unit inside which allows you to store everything you have plus a tiny storage room inside of the room.

I work in fashion&textile and despite being in busy sector still trying to do new things. During the some weekends I am out of London. So you will be having some extra privacy while I am away. ^_^ I am quite sociable and always up for drinkies or a nice meal to have together and respectful to personal space, of course clean and tidy and would like to share my place with someone like minded.
