Two rooms in shared house for Single occupancy

Hey,

We have an amazing opportunity to have your own office/walk in wardrobe/gym, Double bedroom with balcony doors to garden, Own Bathroom with walk in shower and huge tub, double sinks and toilet. Its pretty much a self sufficient flat, you would be sharing the main living area/ open plan kitchen with me, that's it! The house is amazing, we also have parking out side (permit needed) and a balcony with a great BBQ and huge table chairs.
The house itself is a stunning high ceiling property, all furnished either by the landlord or myself. It really is a gorgeous house and not one that you often find renting.

I'm looking for a professional someone who might like a glass of wine but also happy to do their own thing. I'm chilled about having people over and really want this to feel like your home, my only thing I make sure is that we keep it clean.

Bills aren't included but come to around £70 P/m obviously changing with the seasons and now WFH. We also have a cleaner every other week but if we feel we don't need this can reduce it. The house is completely furnished included your room, see pics and video.

The £1500 is for both rooms/all of downstairs. My room and bathroom is upstairs, unfortunately the rooms can’t be rented as individuals you will see from the video the study is joined to the main double, it’s a great room especially for the price and area. Also great for working from home and having your own office.
