Double room w/ ensuite in Hackney Wick / Homerton

My flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so I'm looking for someone to take over his room in the flat.

About me: I'm 28, work in London, and enjoy running and other outdoorsy stuff. I'm looking for a housemate who's tidy, considerate and friendly. It'd be nice to live with someone who enjoys the occasional chat / coffee / dinner and wants the flat to feel like a home, whilst also respecting each other's space & downtime !

The room is a fully furnished double with its own ensuite. The flat has a balcony with canal views, an open-plan living space, concierge, gym, secure bike storage and roof terrace. It's a short walk from both Homerton and Hackney Wick stations, with good links into Stratford and central London (also v close to victoria park and hackney marshes). The landlord is very responsive and helpful in case anything needs sorting in the flat

All bills come to around £150 a month per person
