Your room:
- Your room has a shared balcony with 1 other flat mate
- The current tenant has your room set up with a double bed, desk, drawers, clothes rail and bedside table. (she may be willing to sell some of the furniture)
- You will share a spacious, modern bathroom that also includes a bathtub with one other flat mate.

The flat:
- There is another communal balcony
- Plus a massive roof terrace
- Kitchen with all amenities including a dishwasher
- The flat has been decorated by us and a lot of love has been put into the interior design to create a home.
- You will also have access to the gym onsite
- We are a 3min walk from Hackney Wick overground
- There are endless restaurants and drinking spots right on our doorstep
- Stratford is a 15min walk or 1 stop on the overground
- In the building we also have bike storage

About us

Elle [28]: I work in Ad Tech as a Solutions Architect. Before that I was a Web Engineer at Asos (sadly I can no longer offer out my amazing discount). I work from home most of the time, but go into the office occasionally. Outside of work I mostly divide my time between socialising with friends, chilling at the flat / having dinner with my amazing housemates and working out (be that running around Vicky P or doing a class at one of the many great gyms in the area). I also love traveling, writing, reading, going to the theatre and checking out the local breweries.

Elissa [29]: From Australia but living in London for 3.5 years with my partner Curtis. I absolutely love cooking and hosting dinners round at the flat. I enjoy travelling and spending time in Europe now that I have the luxury of being so close. During the week I am working from home (I am a UX Designer) and enjoy chilled evenings watching tv, sharing a dinner or two together and visiting local restaurants or bars. And on the weekends there tends to be a lot more socialising and seeing all the fun things London has to offer.

Curtis [29]: Works as a medical writer and is also working from home during the week. Curtis loves skateboarding and will be more than happy to teach you. Curtis is passionate about music and finding fun gigs to go to. He also enjoys cooking, drawing, reading and is always up for a night out or a night in.

Pepper [Very cute cat]: We have a wonderful cat that is fully house trained and the best company!

We are looking for someone who want to be part of our home and love it as much as we do. We are house proud and all put in equal effort to keep the place clean and tidy. We would love our future flatmate to become a friend someone who wants to chill out together in the evenings whether that be a walk around Vicky park, sharing a glass of wine, watching Netflix or going out.
