Short-let Studio with mezzanine in Hackney Wick

Studio apartment with mezzanine located in Hackney Wick, E9 available for short-let from from the 27th of March until the 12th of April (16 nights). It would suit someone who needs time to find a permanent place in the area or wants to experience living in the area.

Looking for a single occupant due to size of this studio, couples might be considered. No pets or smokers (apologies). My place is precious to me so I am looking for someone tidy, clean and respectful with my adjacent neighbours (walls between studios are thin). Also, please you would need to water my plants while I am away. Please note there is no storage space available I will empty my cupboard for your clothes.

Open plan with kitchenette (air fryer, hot plates with oven and mini-fridge) and separate walk-in shower and W. C.

The studio has a high ceiling (300cm) with big window, the mezzanine area is 98cm high accessed by a fixed wood ladder.

The studio is located on the second floor of a three floor building 1 min walk from Hackney Wick Overground Station and 15 min walk to Stratford Underground Station (Elizabeth, Central, Jubilee, DLR, Overground and Railway Station) via the Olympic Park.

Green areas on a short distance walk like Victoria Park, the Hackney Marshes and the Olympic Park. You also have the possibility of doing lovely walks through the canals surrounding Hackney Wick. Local shops and Sainsbury's close by (5min walk). Westfield Stratford Shopping Mall is a 15min walk. Lots of bars and local pubs in the area so you might hear some noise during the night on the weekends, during the week is really quiet. Hackney Wick is a playful neighbourhood with a great vibe specially during summer time. I personally love living here, wouldn't live anywhere else in London.

Rent for the entire period (5 nights in March and 11 nights in April) would be £624 (£39 per night). £300 deposit to confirm the short let. Rent and deposit needs to be paid upfront. Deposit would be refunded upon my return to London once I have checked there is no damage to the property. Bills are included.
