Small double room available in a 2-bed flat next to the canal in Hackney Wick. Ideally looking for someone who just wants somewhere during the week. But open to the whole week if needed.
I use the flat sometimes, but ultimately I'm looking to rent it out fully and live elsewhere (see note below).
It's 3-4 minute walk to Hackney Wick overground station, it's one stop to Stratford (just under a mile - takes 20 min to walk).
5-10 minute walk to Victoria Park.
NB: the flat needs work doing it, especially the bathroom, but it is all functional. I am looking to sort the bathroom ASAP, so I'm looking for someone either on a short term basis, or someone that would be able to vacate for a couple of weeks while the work is done.
