Sublet available from 8th of July from 9th of August which is when my current contract ends with this flat, however, if you wish to stay long term, you can sign a new contract directly with the landlord after the sublet period.

The room comes with a double bed, a white desk and a hanger.
There's a built in closet in the room (not shown in the photos) so the hanger can be removed if you wish and will be the same with the red cabinet and the mirror.)

The main bathroom( shared bathroom) has a bathtub which you are welcomed to use as well.
