I'm leaving my flat in hackney wick in the beginning of October, but I will only give to someone who's happy to keep my furniture, I'm asking 1500£ for all my stuff inside, seeing I don't have time to sale it or where to move it, so, only apply if you happy to pay and keep my stuffs, apart of that it will be 1.300£ rent plus the deposit 1.300£(you will talk to my landlord for contract and everything) no council tax, no water, only top up electricity and wi-fi, if you really interested, send me a WhatsApp
