Hey, we have a room for rent in our Hackney Wick warehouse. 2 mins from the station.
We have a really nice communal area with a projector. The room is small with sloped ceiling but we’ve all managed fine and been here long term.
£700 rent and £700 deposit and move in date is 28th June. Every few months we each pay £11 for loo roll subscription.
We all have different schedules but come together to make a house a home. You’ll need to chip in with cleaning .
We have a lovely community here and great neighbours. Not a party house. It’s a home! 2 min walk from the station, 5 mins from Viccy park and canal.
