Big double room in friendly Hackney Wick house

Hey! We’re looking for someone to join our Hackney Wick home from 28th July. Only £845 including bills!

WHO WE ARE

You’ll be living with four others, all late 20s / early 30s.

Jack (he/him) is Irish, a drummer in a band, and makes great banana bread. He’s often away touring, especially during festival season, so you’ll sometimes have the bathroom pretty much to yourself.

Ed (they/them) is English, a producer, and also works in an antique shop. You’ll also be living with Ed’s gorgeous cat Billy, who is an absolute delight.

Nik (he/him) is Kiwi and our resident gardener, keeping the garden looking lovely.

James (he/him) is Scottish, loves music, and is very much part of the relaxed, friendly house vibe.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy, considerate, and keen to make the place feel like home. The house is sociable and warm, but everyone also has their own lives, work, friends, and hobbies, so it’s a nice balance of hanging out and doing your own thing.

THE HOUSE

The room is big and bright, with plenty of space to make it your own.

The house has three toilets, a shared kitchen/living room, and a big garden which is amazing in summer. You’d be sharing a bathroom/toilet with one other person, although Jack is often away touring so there’ll be times when it’s basically yours.

LOCATION

We’re in Hackney Wick, really close to the station, so it’s perfect for transport. You’re also right by the canal, with loads of great food spots, restaurants, pubs, and places to hang out nearby.
