Gorgeous Double Bedroom in Hackney Wick

Hello There!

My name is Rafayel and I'm a 33 year old Graphic Designer from Switzerland. I have been living in the property for for 3.5 years. Since my flatmate is moving out, I'm looking for someone to fill in the double bedroom in our beautiful flat in Hackney Wick.

Exact move in date is still TBC, but atm it's the 21st of October.

The bedroom comes furnished with a large double bed, large closet and a foldable table for home office work. Additionally it has it's own bathroom. It's technically not an en-suite, but each one of us has their own bathroom.

The flat has a spacious and bright due to large windows and sky-lights. open kitchen with loads of storage. In the building, there are 4 flats, and all the neighbours are young and friendly. There's a communal rooftop and a secure bike room. The landlord is a private landlord and I have a great personal relationship with him. If anything has to be done or needs repairing, he gets it fixed right away.

I'm looking for someone very clean, friendly, social, and especially respectful. This is a home which I have built up in the past 3.5 years and I would only share it with someone who sees it the same way as I do. The new tenant will be required to be on the tenancy agreement and therefore provide references and pay a deposit.

Bills are not included in the price, but if you're really interested in the place, I can provide you with a break-down in price.

If you don't know, Hackney Wick is an extremely up-and-coming area. 5 minute walk from the flat, there are the canals, Victoria Park and public transport. There is the Overground (Mildway line) which goes goes directly to Stratford, which has access to Elisabeth, Central, Jubilee Line or DLR (and more). It also goes tp Highbury Islington, to connect to the Victoria Line. There are also multiple bus stops in the area. there are some of cafes and shops around + trendy pilates gyms.

Currently there are some construction sites in the area, which are set to be completed by then end of this year.
