The room is in a three-storey house and has its own private bathroom and toilet.

The house is lovely, with a spacious kitchen, a cosy living room, fast internet, and a small garden where you can relax in the summer, have BBQs, or just hang out.

Housemates are a lovely couple of professionals. They also have their own bathroom, and there's an additional shared toilet on the ground floor next to the kitchen.

It's about a 10-minute walk to the Overground; the bus stop is just 1 minute from the house, and there's also a night bus. Victoria Park is a 5-minute walk away, and Sainsbury's is about 6 minutes away.

Rent is £510 for 3 weeks, including all bills and high-speed internet.
