Hey everyone! We're looking for a new housemate to join our floor flat in Hackney Wick from the 30th of September!

Located next to Regents Canal and between Olympic Park & Victoria Park, this is a great location for everything London has to offer. Hackney Wick Overground is a 1 min walk away, making it easy to get around with connections into Stratford for all major lines (Central Line, Jubilee Line, Elizabeth Line, DLR) and into central London.

Our flat features a spacious fully equipped kitchen-living room and balcony, lots of storage, underfloor heating throughout the apartment, built-in ceiling speakers, and you will have a free 24h access gym in the building, as a concierge open everyday, secure bike storage and a stunning communal roof terrace.

About us:
You’ll be sharing this beautiful home with two friendly flatmates in their late 20s and early 30s.

We’re a respectful household that cares for each other, and also understand the importance of giving one another privacy and space.

👩‍🏫 Alexandra (31) is a Sales Account Manager who loves traveling and dancing.
👨‍💻 Victor (29) is a Growth Marketing Manager who’s into music and swimming (a lot) and enjoys cooking (a lot).

We work from home most days, and are looking for someone that is willing to participate in the flat life, as well and being respectful during the week time.

About the room:
The available room is 8.5m2 (3.57 x 2.38), a convenient size for a cosy place with a great view, lots of light, and separated from other bedrooms.

The room is furnished with a storage bed and mattress.

The current tenant is also happy to offer the other current furniture, including a chest of 6 drawers, sit/stand desk (manual) and chair, at a reasonable price.

If you prefer having an empty room, let us know and we will remove everything.

Bathroom:
You will share the main bathroom with myself, but I make sure it is always clean and tidy. Weekly cleaning too!

Bills:
The council tax ban is E, and all bills roughly add up to £130 monthly each including electricity, hot water (which is central to the building) and wifi.

Deposit:
Your share will be £1192.30 (it's £1000 in the description but the exact deposit is one here)
The total deposit is £3576.92 for 3 people.
