Looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly houseshare in Hackney Wick! We're three male professionals (26-27), easygoing and tidy. Mixed schedules in the house — some of us work standard hours, others (including a bartender) work nights and weekends, so we're used to being considerate of different routines.

The largest bedroom in the flat — spacious enough for a couple or a single person, easily fits a king size bed plus furniture.

Hackney Wick — canal-side, close to Victoria Park, London Stadium, and the Olympic Park. Great transport links (Hackney Wick Overground, plus easy access to Stratford). Loads of breweries, studios, and independent cafes nearby.

Us:
Three modern professionals in our mid-to-late 20s with varied work schedules — including night shifts. We keep the place clean, respect each other's space, but also enjoy the odd garden hangout or dinner together. Looking for someone (or a couple) who's clean, considerate, and easy to live with regardless of hours.
