3 month sublet in Hackney Wick

Canal side double room with Juliet balcony, room is fully furnished and comes with its own lounge (projector with Google TV)

The apartment itself has only a small kitchen and dining space equipped with an electric stove and oven. You will also have your own fridge.
Amenities include: one bathroom and washing machine.

This two-tiered apartment comes with two existing housemates, Monize from Brazil, working in fashion and often out skating.
Ben from the UK is in construction and a lover of music/gigs.

Both housemates are very considerate, and we are almost never in each other's way or causing any issues.

I will be looking for someone to sublet my room for 3 months while I am away, ideally someone who is working full time and believes they have an interest similar to my housemates.
