Double room in Haggerston/Hoxton

We have a cosy double room becoming available in our house share from the end of June/Start of July, as one of our flatmates is sadly moving out.

We are between Haggerston and Hoxton stations (less than 10 min walk to each), one road back from the canal. The location is ideal with Broadway market and London Fields a short walk away. Colombia Road, Victoria park and Shoreditch are also close by.

It's a sociable and friendly house - we like to hang out, go to the pub, have summer bbqs, so it would be great to have someone who wants to join that dynamic :)

The room is on the ground floor of a three story new build and shares a bathroom with one other housemate. We have a large kitchen that leads out to a small private patio area and a communal courtyard/garden.

The room is unfurnished and bills are not included, normally they come to around £65-£90 a month. References would be required by the agency to add you onto the contract. Deposit is £761 paid to the outgoing housemate.
