Hi, I am looking to sublet my studio flat in Haggerston while I am away for a couple of months from 11th of March. The flat is newly refurbished into a modern design. It has wooden floors through out, generous mirrors in the bathroom and ample in-built wardrobes and storage. It is full of light - there are windows on both sides overlooking a park and trees. It is a studio flat with a sofa, double bed, plenty of shelving and a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom has a bath tub and full height mirrors. There is a generous real oak kitchen island table top between the kitchen and the living room.

The flat is perfect for a single young professional or a couple. It is located in a multi-family block in a really cool area.

The location is perfect if you work in the City or just enjoy East London. I myself work in the city and it takes me 25 mins every morning to walk to Liverpool Street Station. There is buses at the doorstep that take you directly to central London (Oxford Street, The Strand etc.) Central Line is 15 mins walk to Bethnal Green Station. Overground is 12 mins walk.

You can also enjoy Columbia Road with its flower market which is just around the corner, Haggerston Park, Broadway Market and the canal. All within 1-5 minutes walk. Plenty of bars, bakeries, cafes, antique and concept art stores around as well as a couple of supermarkets.
