This is such a beautiful property in the heart of Haggerston, just off of Hackney road. The flat itself is a converted Mill House with high ceilings and a big mezzanine. You will have your own bathroom, a double room which looks out onto a lovely courtyard AND all of the upstairs mezzanine to yourself. So if you work from home, you can make it into your own office space. You will be sharing with me (Alice) the current tenant. I am 30 years old and work in education. I like a calm living environment and like to keep it quite clean. I'm into travel and languages and like my own space.

The property is fully furnished with my own furniture.

I am looking to live with someone that is also very calm and independent. Preferably not working from home all the time.
The rent is £1400 therefore need to be earning at least £32k and above to be accepted onto the contract.

The flat will be available from mid July 2026. Minimum term of 3 months.
