Our flat has four bedrooms, a full bathroom upstairs, an extra toilet downstairs, and a spacious living room + kitchen that leads out onto a garden/patio area. The garden is a great spot for late summer and we have a bbq + table and chairs for sitting outside.

The flat is part of an apartment building but feels like a house as we're on the ground floor - we have one bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen downstairs, and three bedrooms + one bathroom (with bath and shower) upstairs. The place is fully furnished, we have everything: oven/fridge/washing machine/tumble dryer etc but no dishwasher. There's a locked shed in the garden if you need bike storage.

The place itself is just off Hackney Road near Hoxton station. There's a Sainsbury's and Amazon Fresh within 5 mins, plenty of shops/pubs nearby etc. Columbia Road flower market and Haggerston Park are just minutes away. It's also a 10-minute walk to Dalston and to Broadway Market and London Fields, and a 15-minute walk to Liverpool St station as well as Old St. The location is really 10/10 and we love it here.

The place is let through a private landlord, not an agency - he's a sound guy and is always available to contact if anything needs fixing or any issues arise.

About us - we're a group of professionals in our mid-20s. Some of us currently work from home, and when we're not working we hang out in the living room, cook, listen to music, watch TV, head out to the pub etc. Nothing out of the ordinary but we like to have fun, have a drink together and have our mates around for the weekend.

About you - we are looking for friendly chilled housemates who are comfortable living in a social environment, open to hanging out now and then, and generally contributing to a positive vibe within the house. We like to keep communal spaces clean and tidy etc and all pitch in to keep the place fresh.
