Double room in large house in hoxton

Looking for someone to join our house in Hoxton. Eager to do viewings the from 18th Aug, move in from 1st Sept!

4 story house including shared courtyard and private roof terrace. This room will be sharing a floor and bathroom with one other. The room comes with bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

House is situated half way between Haggerston and hoxton station, London fields a ten minute walk away, multiple shops within a few minutes walk, and the street its self is super quiet.

Housemates are made up of Loic🇫🇷 in tech, Vick 🇬🇧in Insurance and Lynne 🇮🇪who is an artist, ages between 29-33. A mixture of work from home/in the office throughout the week.

Looking for someone to join us who fits in well, the house is often calm during the week as everyone is busy at work, crossing paths for dinners in the evening. We all have busy social lives but do enjoy the odd coffee walk, Sunday lunch in the winter, house evening out or hungover Sunday.

The house is very clean, we get on really well and have good laugh!

Bills are pretty standard, around £240pm, this includes a cleaner who comes 1/2 times a month.
