Hey hey people, we're moving into our new flat at the end of the month and looking for the final piece of the puzzle (you!) to occupy the ground floor ensuite

The flat, location and crew you'd be living with are great. We are social and treat the place like home, but also respect the fact we all have our own stuff going on

The flat is a furnished 4 bed with high ceilings, lots of natural light and space, it has 2 ensuites and 2 doubles, across 4 floors, so everyone has a level of privacy, and the second floor has the lounge and kitchen rooms for easy access

There's also a super sick terrace on the top floor which overlooks the block gardens, which is going to be so fun for hanging out in during the summer months

We've been looking for a great 4 bed for a while (which has been surprisingly hard) and we finally found our gem. She’s modern, spacious, and in a great location: 5 min walk to Haggerston Park, 5 mins to Hoxton or Haggerston stations, 10 mins to broadway market, 8 mins to gym/yoga, etc etc

There's 3.5 of us currently holding down the tenancy:
- Max, 27, Architect
- Jess, 30, Meteorologist at Bloomberg
- Ben, 32, Product Designer at AI startup
- Millie, 4.5, stay at home dog
