Hi, we’re Ania and Alex, and we’re looking for a new long-term flatmate to join our lovely three-bed flat in Haggerston from 24th July!

Largest bedroom with hardwood floors, large window, bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom.
Modern 3-bed with open-plan living room and kitchen, new sofa, TV, dishwasher and plenty of storage. The star of the flat is a huge balcony with stunning Canary Wharf views!
The flat is on the top (5th) floor with a gated entry and a lift, all windows facing the inner courtyard. It’s a modern peaceful building, with lots of young professionals, couples and families.
Location
Location is superb: 10 min walk from Haggerston/Hoxton overground stations, buses to Central 8min walk away, and 394 bus to Angel is just across the road.
We are right next to Haggerston park and Regents canal, 10 min walk from Broadway and Columbia Road markets, and 20 min walk away from Dalston, De Beauvoir, Hackney Central, Shoreditch and other East London hotspots.

About us
Ania
— project manager in fintech, originally from Russia (but against you-know-what), WFH with an occasional day in the office. Enjoy arts, photography, yoga, and cycling.
Alex
— architect from Scotland, working home but often out on site visits. Into cold water swimming, music production, cooking and dream analysis.
We have been together for 3 years; Alex had moved in a year ago, while Ania has been living in the flat for over 4 years now. We enjoy dinners out, galleries, hikes, watching some trash (or good) TV in the evenings, or going for an occasional gig/night out. We are welcoming and social, and enjoy a friendly atmosphere at the flat, while having own lives and respecting each others space :))
Since we both work a lot, the flat is a place of peace and rest, with occasional flat parties and drinks, eg for our birthdays or NYE – we usually plan these together 🤠
