Looking for someone to fill a room in our flat for a 4 month short term lease for a Sept 5 move in date! Flexible on how long the lease is for the right person so please enquire. We had a mate drop out as she is going back to Aus for longer than expected so looking to get this sorted quickly.

* E2 - right smack between Hoxton and Haggerston stations for overground connects
* On Haggerston Park (Hackney City Farm; Frizzantes; etc right on your doorstep) 🌲
* 10 min walk to Broadway Market along the canal 🛶
* 10 min walk to Colombia Road Flower Market 💐
* 5 min walk to Hackney Road - banging cafes and our favourite cocktail bar Equal Parts ⏳ (dangeroussss)
* The local pubs we frequent are Perseverance and Howl at the Moon 🌙

* Is on the third floor of an apartment building BUT THERE IS A LIFT!
* Modern and clean - was renovated before we moved in.

* All through an agency so will need to show proof of income OR savings OR have a uk guarantor
* We’ve never once had an inspection 🤔 but the agency is also pretty slow at replying when things need fixing

Living with Gigi and Yaz 💗
- Gigi (they/them) from South Africa. Writer and gym bug by day, loves a dirty martini and a boogie come night. Has the lore.
- Yaz (she/her) from Australia, works in events and beer, loves a yoga sesh by day and will drag you around london pubs for free beers on any given night.
