Room in lovely flat on Hackney Road

I'm moving out of my flat and leaving our lovely two bed maisonette. I'm moving back to Sweden and v disappointed to leave the flat!

The flat is a good size, split across two levels, with a open plan kitchen and dining area, with a cozy living room. My room which you would be takeing over has two sections, one with the bed, and the other where my wardrobes etc are currently but you could easily fit a desk. The pictures are taken before we moved in.

There's also a good size bathroom and a separate toilet which is handy. Bedrooms are on the top floor.

The area is great, right on Hackney Road with all the wine bars nearby, 5 min walk to Broadway Market and just on Columbia Road flower market too.

I live with my flatmate Jono who is staying on, who is a great chilled and friendly New Zealander who works in communications.

We're looking to arrange viewings on the wknd 26 & 27th of September. I am moving at end of October so the flat will be available from then.
