Peace and quiet in Central London

I rent two rooms to students or young prof in my house in Hammersmith, a late Georgian house 1830 where I have lived for many years.
£1100 per month all bills included (deposit same amount).
The location is great for accessing the City or for going out. Discretion and respect to one another and my home is a must.

You can stay a minimum of 12months to 2 years to give you time to find your own dream home in London.
There are two double bedrooms with shared bathroom newly refurbished and decorated at the top of the house. A small sitting room near the kitchen to share.
It is an ideal place if you wish to study in peace or just rest after a hard day working at your desk in or out of the house and appreciate a well looked after and clean home.
I have a Bearded Collie; she is 13 and runs fast.
I don’t take tenants but lodgers (look up the difference)
No visitors allowed at any time.
