My name is Tiana and I am posting this add on behalf of my mum that is the landlord. She does not like in the UK but I manage her properties. I am looking to rent the second room in the flat to a girl. The flat has 2 bedrooms, a shared living room, newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. The flat is in a council building on the last floor (7th floor with elevator). I am currently moving out of the bedroom so i didnt take any bedroom photos, but i am happy to send photos on WhatsApp or you can see the bedroom in person. Flexible on the move in date.
The rent is 1100 pounds per month including bills. If you and the current flatmate want to pay for a cleaner, that bill is to be split amongst you.
The building is 3 minutes away walk from Hammersmith Tube Station that has the Piccadilly and District line and MANY buses. And a 5 minute walk to the circle and Hammersmith line.
