Hello! I'm Charlie, and I'm moving out, so I'm looking for someone to take over our room in a friendly, creative 3-bedroom flat in Hammersmith!

🛏️ The room:
Furnished big double room with a super king bed.

💸 Bills: Approximately £200 per person per month bringing the total to about 950pm for rent + bills.

🏠 About the flat:

* A spacious living room, perfect for relaxing and spending time together.
* A well-equipped kitchen with dining space and plenty of storage.
* One bathroom with a bath and toilet, plus an additional separate toilet.
* On the third floor (top floor), with no lift.

🎵 Your future flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with Jimmy, 26, a British professional musician, and Mo, 30, an Italian entrepreneur in the aerospace industry who’s also a musician. Mo is also the household handyman—he can fix pretty much anything!

We’d love to find someone friendly who would enjoy sharing a home with them. Fellow musicians, professionals and creative people are very welcome!

🌳 The area:
The flat is a short walk from the Thames, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and pubs nearby. Central Hammersmith is just 5 minutes away, with lots of shops and supermarkets, and there are several gyms nearby too.

Chiswick is around a 15-minute walk away, with even more restaurants, shops and pubs to explore.
