You would be living in the house with myself and my husband, we are sociable and often out in the evenings at the theatre, dinner etc.

You must be okay with dogs as we have a medium-sized labradoodle who loves a good belly rub.

House is large enough to afford everyone the privacy they need.

Happy to live with a post grad student or professional, deal breaker is someone who leaves a messy kitchen!

House in good location, 7 mins walk to Hammersmith Station (District, Piccadilly, Circle and Metropolitan lines), 10 minutes to Westfield, plenty of local shops, gym, pubs and restaurants. Easy access to Heathrow Airport.
