No pets allowed. Also no couples considered to keep numbers in the property low.

The main pub is 2 floors below so quiet in the flat.

Housemates are a mix of staff working in the pub below and young professionals.

References will be required and likewise evidence of visa.

1 month key deposit taken to cover cleaning and key. Returned on return of a clean room and key.

Rent payable by direct debit in advance of each month. E. g April rent due by 30th March.

The property is a commercial building and the pub below is our primary business. The rooms above are rented under a license agreement and do not fall under AST. We cover all bills and our pub team manage the property.
