Lovely flat available

Hi! I have a room in a flat looking to rent between 4th April - 19th September! It is a lovely flat located on the 4th floor of a gated compound. There are currently 3 other flatmates all a mix of students/ working at the minuite but all are super lovely and welcoming!

The room I'm renting is a modified living room turned bedroom ( it is not used communially) and has a single bed , desk , sofa and TV included as well as access to a balcony space which is so nice to sit at and have a cup of coffee on in the summer!

The flat has 2 toilets, one bathroom and a kitchen which are all communial. Each flatmates has their own cupboard and fridge space but cutlery and pans are currently shared between flatmates.

The only bill additional to the rent would be electricity which comes out between £20-30 pp. Hot water, heating and council tax is included in the rent !

It is a convient road across from Baron's court station with access to picadilly and district lines and a 10 min walk from hammersmith station so very convient to get to central London.

Ideally looking for someone to rent out for the whole duration but open to shorter stays. Please message if you have any questions
