Large double room in Hammersmith

Hi there!

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a 4 person share house in Hammersmith.

About the room & house:
- Renovated, lots of large shared spaces, a great backyard and very close to the Crabtree 🥂
- Furnished 🛌🏼 (including desk and chair if you want it)
- You will be sharing a large bathroom with one other person
- We will need to check with the landlord (they're pretty chill), but if you don't like the dinos 🦖 we can probably get them removed

The general house vibe:
- 3 friendly young professionals with a variety of jobs & hobbies
- Occasional house party/gatherings
- A weekly rotating cleaning rota

You are hopefully:
- A neat/tidy individual
- Don't mind a chat, chill hang-outs in the house

Other important stuff:
- This is a group lease, not an individual one for the room
- As a result the price is fixed as this is the portion of the whole house rent
- No couples unfortunately, the house is only licensed for 4 people
- Bills are not included, ~£150pm
- Council Tax Band G
