Lovely single room - Hammersmith - W6

I’m advertising a small but cosy room in a friendly shared house. The house is conveniently located: it is a 10-15 mins walk from Hammersmith tube station and Barons Court tube station. It is only a 5 minute walk from a Sainsbury's local, Waitrose, Tesco Express, and Coop, and only a 20 minute walk from Lidl. It is a stone's throw away from the river and nearby parks.

The room has a bed, sliding wardrobe, small desk and a double window, so it gets a good amount of natural light. It would be a good fit for someone looking for a simple, comfortable and affordable place to live.

The house is shared with three male flatmates: two PhD students and one graduate working full-time. The atmosphere is relaxed, respectful and pleasant, and we are ideally looking for someone similar who is tidy, considerate and easy-going.

Shared spaces include a kitchen with a dining table and sofa, one bathroom with a bath and shower, a separate toilet, and a small garden.
A full-time student would be ideal, including undergraduate, Master’s or PhD students, as the house is currently exempt from council tax. There is no council tax band/council tax charge at present, but this may need to be discussed if the new tenant is not a student.
