Double Bedroom in a lovely and cosy flat

I am Erica and sadly I will be soon leaving a beautiful and cosy flatshare after 4 and a half years.
The flat is strategically located between Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush, convenient tube stations are also Goldhawk Road and Kensington Olympia.
The household is quite international, we are from Italy, Spain and Peru, but lived here for many years so that we do need to worry about visas.
My flatmates are really lovely and very respectful: there is a nice atmosphere in the house. We often relax in the leaving room together, but we like also to do our own things with our networks. We like to keep the flat neat and clean.
They work mainly from the office but also from home a couple of days per week.
They look for someone easy-going but also respectful and with whom they can have a chat when they're home.
We are looking to do viewings Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week (starting on the 22nd) in the evenings - from 7:30 pm to 9pm
