Room in Hammersmith - young professional preferred

I'm looking to find someone to replace me as a tenant in my student house in Hammersmith for a period between 1 to 2 months. The room is available from 24/07/26 and the rent is 208 pw including bills.

Our household is very friendly and open, but also gives people plenty of space. We’d love someone who enjoys being part of the house, is respectful of each other’s space, and contributes to a positive, relaxed atmosphere.

We’re looking for either a student or young professional, who is easy-going and is tidy and clean as we like to keep the house consistently clean.
