Single room in a friendly flat – perfect location, Hammersmith - ( girl preferred/ girls flat )

The apartment has just been refurbished to a very good standard. It has a brand new open planned kitchen; it icludes a new dishawasher, a fridge/freezer, brand new electric oven and hob and a nice dining table with chairs. It has plenty of nice cabinets.

The room is spacious and comes with a wardrobe and a slim chest of drawers, as well as a single bed with mattress.

The flat also has a living room with lots of natural light. It includes two sofas, and a dining table.

The bathroom is brand new, of a good size, and includes; a standing shower with nice basin with cabinets.

We are three professional, easy going girls ( Japan, Chinese and South Korea ) 21-26 years old.
We all work/study full-time Monday to Friday and are pretty independent, but will get together and socialize from time to time. We are clean and tidy, and respect each other’s space. Its a beautiful , friendly environment to be in.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Hammersmith and 5 min walk away from Ravenscourt underground station. There are also excellent bus links from the King Street, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 30 seconds walk from the house. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco, Marks and Spencer is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Hammersmith and Westfield are a short walk away, and King Street itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs. We are close to Shepherds Bush, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Ravenscourt park and the beautiful riversided in Hammersmith.

The house is bright, clean and neat, with lots of storage space.
Charing Cross hospital is also close to the flat.

Rent is £956 per calendar month; Bills are all included! Except WIFI.
Deposit is one month rent and held by Deposit Protection Scheme!
