Double Room available in a Victorian house

Hello! Holaa !!! We are looking for a new flatmate to move in around 1-4 Oct 2026.

The flat is in Hammersmith, about 7 minutes from the metro station.

Currently, we are two Spanish women and one Italian guy, +35y, professionals, we all speak Spanish, so we think it would be best if the 4th member is Spanish-speaking, or at least comfortable with that language at home.

We are looking for someone organized and clean. Although we each have our own lives, we often get together in the evenings and have dinner together. We want someone who will also be part of the flat, creating a good atmosphere and, above all, maintaining daily cleanliness.

• Double room that includes a double bed, two nightstands, and a built-in wardrobe.

• The flat has a kitchen, dining room, living room, and terrace. Two bathrooms and two fridges. You would share a fridge and bathroom with the person on your floor.

• Price: £900-£950, including bills (depending on the season)

• Minimum stay of one year. More focused on long-term.

• No pets or smokers allowed.

• No students.

• Preferably women, for the comfort of everyone in the flat.

• Metro stations: Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith & City, and Circle lines.

• Please no messages without a description of the person. We do not want to receive "when can I see the flat" messages (it sounds funny but we promise we get those messages).
