The Flat: A cosy 2-bedroom flat with a shared living room, equipped kitchen, and a small private terrace. Rent is £1,950pcm (split between two) and bills are in the region of £200 each per month. Ideal move in date 20th October

The Location: a short walk away from Hammersmith Broadway and station with access to the Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith & City, and Circle lines, and a range of bus routes. There is a pub at the end of the road and the flat is a 5 minute walk from Hammersmith Bridge and the river. The area has lots of shops, gyms, cafés, and green spaces. The neighbours are quiet and are mostly families. Parking is very restricted. One thing to note: the flat is very close to the tube line so if you are sensitive to noise this might not be the right place for you

About me: I am a working professional in my early 30s who loves books, film, tv, baking, and also staying active and learning new things (just started a pottery course!). I have a busy social life but equally I enjoy a quiet night on the sofa. I’m always up for a chat over a movie night or glass of something, but am also respectful of alone time.

Who I’m Looking For: An easy-going, clean, respectful, responsible, and reliable professional in full time employment. Someone sociable who has similar interests would be great! This is not a party house, but a home. Visitors are of course welcome as long as they are respectful of the space. Preferably no pets!
