Great location, less than a 10 min walk to Hammersmith, Ravenscourt Park and Goldhawk Road tube stations. It’s very well connected with lots of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants near by!

Amazingly low rent of £450 pm without bills! Could go up slightly pending new contract - but not by much, rent has been kept low for years! Bills typically come to around £150 pm but can change slightly month to month. Bills are split equally between the 4 tenants but each room is responsible for paying a different bill. This room is responsible for the council tax bill. Deposit is one month’s rent.

The room comes with a single bed, a desk and wardrobe which lives just outside the bedroom. You also have sole access to the under stairs cupboard for extra storage.

The property has a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. A brand new washing machine/tumble dryer has been installed in the kitchen recently.
