Double room in a gated flat in Barons Court 🏡
Hi! I'm looking for a new flatmate to join my lovely 2-bed, 1-bath flat in Barons Court from the end of October (date has some flexibility).

About the room
It's the bigger of the two bedrooms, fully furnished, and some of the furniture will also be available to buy directly from my current flatmate if you'd like to keep it. The flat is on the third floor of a gated building with a lift, and we have our own cute little balcony — perfect for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

About the flat
This one's a bit special — we have a separate dining room, kitchen, and living room, on top of the two bedrooms, making it a genuinely huge space. That's pretty rare to find in this part of Hammersmith, so there's plenty of room to spread out, host, or just have your own space when you want it.

Rent & bills
£1,350 per month for the room. Bills (gas/electric, water, wifi, council tax) come to under £150 per person per month, and heating and hot water are included in the rent.
