Double room available in a lovely 3-bed flat in Hammersmith W6, sharing with two girls (both 28). The location is honestly perfect – just a short walk from Hammersmith tube station and the river, with lots of shops, cafes and pubs all within walking distance.

📍 Location
~5 min walk to Hammersmith station and ~10 min walk to Barons Court (District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City and Circle lines). 
There are loads of shops nearby, including Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury’s and M&S, with a Co-op directly across the road. The river, cafes and pubs are around a 5-minute walk away and there are parks nearby, including one across the road.

💴 Rent: £1,113 per month excluding bills (approx. £140 per month). 

🏠 The flat
Maisonette-style flat across the 1st and 2nd floors, with a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. Your room is on the second floor.

🛏️ The room
A lovely, spacious and bright double bedroom. There’s a large built-in wardrobe, and the bed, desk and chair can stay if you’d like them.

✨ The flatmates
You’ll be living with Sofia and Nikita, who are both 28 and are looking for someone around their age. Sofia is a PhD researcher in drug discovery and Nikita is a physio originally from New Zealand. They’re both very social and love going to the pub and chilling together in the living room with a bottle of wine and a good movie, but also both appreciate their own space and downtime. 

We’re looking for someone who would fit in well with the flat and be happy to be social and spend some time together, while of course having their own life too.
