Double Room in 3 bed Flat Share – Hammersmith

The building!

Hey :) My friend and I are looking for a third person to join us in our 3-bedroom riverside flat in Hammersmith, moving in on November 1st.

The flat has three bedrooms, one shared bathroom, and an open plan kitchen/dining/living space (there isn’t a separate living room). The available room is the smallest of the three and comes furnished with a double bed and desk. It’s £850 pcm, with the rooms priced differently according to size.

The current tenants are set to move out at the end of October and the landlord is planning to repaint before we move in, so it'll be fresh for our arrival.

A bit about us:

Hani, 25 – I studied Business & HR and then later Hotel Management in both England and Spain. I work in luxury hospitality in Mayfair, so work keeps me pretty busy. Outside of work, I’m usually watching something at home, eating out, going to workout classes or thrift shopping.

Lewis, 22 – Lewis recently graduated with a Law degree from the University of Glasgow and he's moved to London to pursue acting. He's also working in hospitality in Fitzrovia. Lewis enjoys cooking, reading, going to gigs and he's just finished his first marathon a few months ago.

We’re both pretty chilled, sociable people. We’d happily share a meal, have a drink, go to the pub, or occasionally have a proper night out together. The biggest things for us are respect, cleanliness, and hygiene. We want a home that is looked after and where everyone is considerate of each other and the shared space.
