The room is a great size with plenty of natural light and comes furnished, so it’s ready to move straight into. Being on the top floor also gives it a nice sense of privacy from the rest of the house.

The house is in a really convenient location – just a few minutes’ walk from the River Thames, around 2 minutes from both Tesco and Sainsbury’s Local, and within walking distance of Hammersmith station with great transport links across London.

Parking is also available via a permit for approximately £190 per year.

Bills are not included in the rent and are approximately £100–£120 per month, covering the usual household utilities.

You’d be sharing with three friendly professional women in their late 20s to mid-30s. The house has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and we’re looking for another professional who is clean, tidy and respectful of the shared spaces.
