Double Room in friendly 2-bed flat, Hammersmith

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room from 29 November, as she's moving abroad.

The room
A good-sized room with a king-size bed and wardrobe. There's no desk at the moment, but there's room for a small one if you work from home.

The flat
A bright 2-bed on the second floor (no lift), with a shared living room, one shared bathroom, and a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. We have a fortnightly cleaner, so the flat stays in good shape without anyone nagging about rotas.

Location
It's hard to beat. Ravenscourt Park station (District line) is a 5 minute walk, and Hammersmith (District, Piccadilly, Circle and H&C) is 8 minutes. The park itself is a couple of minutes away, there are plenty of good pubs including several by the river, and M&S, Sainsburys and IKEA are all round the corner.

About me
I'm Priyank, I work in finance/tech in the City and work from home a couple of days a week. I'm mostly out and about: golf, squash, pool, theatre, hiking and the local pubs. I'm happy to share the occasional meal or pint, and my current flatmate and I head to the pub fairly often. I also value my own space, so I'm looking for someone who's friendly and easygoing but doesn't need to be in each other's pockets. It's not a party flat, and I'd just ask for a heads-up if you're having people over (and I'll do the same).
