✨ Hello! We have a lovely room available in a clean, friendly, bright three-bedroom flat just 3 minute walk from the River Thames and 5 minutes from Hammersmith Station. Flat includes washer!

🏠 Rent:
£850 (council tax included) + bills

💵 Bills:
Roughly £40/ month, can be slightly more during winter months.

🌷 We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and friendly aged 25-40. It would be nice to have a friendly chat from on time to time, or maybe a glass of wine or grab a coffee together, but absolutely no pressure to be friends! (:

Primarily we’re looking for someone who is comfortable living in a clean flat (example: we never have dishes in the sink and we have a cleaning rota).

✨About the current flatmates:
I am a student at a drama school and am originally from Los Angeles. I enjoy Pilates, hikes, and playing video games from time to time.

The other gal is currently in school to become a florist and loves going for walks along the Thames, Kew Gardens, and enjoys a calm evening in with a good book.
