Sadly I'm moving out so my room in Hammersmith is going to be available from 22nd November for £975 a month (bills £100-150).

Its a really spacious 4 bed house just 5 minutes from Hammersmith Broadway so has incredible connections (Picadilly, District and Hammersmith and City lines!) The river is also just 5 minutes away so a great running route/ loads of pubs on the doorstep depending what you're into!🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🍺🍻

House:

Furnished 3 floor house with large sitting room and separate kitchen and cute garden out back. Good size double bedroom, loads of built in storage, comes with all the furniture in the photos. 3 bathrooms (2 with showers, 1 downstairs toilet.)

Housemates:

Coincidentally 2 of my other housemates are also moving out at the same time but my friend Aaron (29M) is staying.

He's looking for friendly, tidy housemates (28-32 only please sorry!) who are happy to chat or chill in the sitting room and who want to keep the house feeling relaxed, sociable and homely as we have! He’s into badminton, padel, Formula 1 and going to gigs 😊

Please note that the contract starts on 2nd December so you'll be subletting for the first week. You'll also need to pass estate agent referencing and pay a £50 fee.
