Cozy room available in Hammersmith by the river. The house is located next to Riverside studios.
All big stores are available within a walkable distance from home. And the tube station with an access to 4 different lines is a 5 minute walk from the house.
This is a 5 bedroom house with amazing housemates! We have a small garden which we use it during the summer a lot and host barbecues as a house. Additionally we have friendly visitors who make appearances in our garden. We have a squirrel, a robin and a couple of cats that frequent our house!
We have friendly landlords, which is a bonus!
The rent for the room is 700£ pm excluding bills. The bills are divided by the flatmates and it comes to about roughly 70£-90£ pm.
We are looking for a working professional to move into this room. The move in date would be around the second week of November.
