A bright, spacious and fully furnished double room is available in a lovely two-bedroom conversion flat on the quiet, residential Cambridge Grove in Hammersmith.

The flat is fully furnished and has a welcoming, homely feel, with a generous open-plan kitchen and living area, plenty of natural light and large windows. You’ll be sharing the flat with just me, meaning it’s a relaxed two-person household with shared use of the living space and bathroom.

A Little About the Living Arrangement

My husband has recently relocated to the Netherlands for work, so for the time being, I’ll be living here on my own. We’re hoping to see each other approximately once a month, which means I may occasionally travel to the Netherlands, or he may come to London for a few days.

If he does visit, I’ll always give you plenty of notice. It’s a straightforward and considerate arrangement, and there will also be times when you’ll have the flat entirely to yourself.

I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with this arrangement and would enjoy sharing a peaceful, friendly home.

The flat is ideally located for enjoying everything West London has to offer:

* Green spaces: Ravenscourt Park is nearby, perfect for walks, running or simply enjoying some fresh air.
* Riverside living: A short walk takes you to lovely riverside pubs and walks along the Thames Path.
* Shops and restaurants: King Street is just around the corner, offering supermarkets, independent cafés, restaurants, gyms and plenty of everyday amenities.
